Jacquline and Hugo are very friendly and respectful also they try to help with getting the phones transferred easily even though they get hung up on with T-Mobile 5 times so I recommend anyone that needs a phone to come to chambersburg on main street

Be careful with this. They advertise their plans ALWAYS will be at least 10 bucks more per month. Service is to run off AT&T. Boost has much worse service than AT&T . Places where I had 4-5 bars. I get 1 maybe 2 now and lags to send pictures really bad. Another issue is the Data. They advertise unlimited data plans. That is not true . Not at all. It's 50 gbs. Once that's used . You're phone stalls . You can't even open google. This company needs a lot of work . If I knew all of this I would have avoided at all cost.

I went in there to have my old phone turned off and my new phone turned on and as they were helping me someone else came in and they started helping them and just left me standing there while they helped the person behind me first... Then I was going to use my car to pay for it and they insisted I paid cash so I didn't lose some promotion and I said I would just pay with my card and they kept saying I had to pay with cash. I left extremely unhappy..

I bought a phone from Amazon and my previous carrier doesn't support eSims. I called the customer service at Boost and whoever changed my account to Boost did it wrong. I went into this store right at 9am and CJ was working alone. We had to use a translator app to understand each other but he was very patient and kind with me. Transferring from my family mobile to Boost is not an easy job and takes time. He was on the phone with boost services and multitasking and helping the flood of customers that came in like a Boss! At one point he was using 4 different computers. He never got upset and took care of all of us. I'm so happy I left with the phones and service I needed and that even though it was a long process it was a pleasant experience. I will return to this store for any future issues I have bc I know I will get taken care of!
