CHOOSE ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. Zach Bullock does not deserve your business. He demands you issue $$ upfront, which I did. I was told the work would begin upon receipt of payment. I attempted to follow up by sending several emails over a 2 week period requesting an ETA. Many emails were ignored. When Zach does respond, does not give an ETA, says the following through different emails, I am on the schedule, will let you know as soon as we have questions or are ready to review, We will do the best we can. You are one of the last items to hit the schedule and we have moved you forward to accommodate, I demanded nothing. You asked us to help you and we took the time to understand your needs. We do not schedule work until we have been paid in advance for smaller projects like this for new customers. You were made aware of this from the start. Your work has been expedited in our schedule. All of this and you are already unhappy? I'll follow up with my partner who is handling this work and let you know when I have more infprmation. (All this an I receive no ETA still)... I ask for the work to be done in 7 days or to refund me. Days later today, I receive a phone call by Zach only to place blame on me the PREPAID $1750.00 customer for the work not being done followed by a stream of unprofessional remarks. I told him I want a refund and he said he is not refunding my money. I continue to receive aggressive unprofessional emails from Zach, marking the subject matter DELUSIONAL he then continues to exude toxic unprofessional behavior. Unfortunately, I will now seek the assistance of the court system to get my $$ back for work not done. CHOOSE ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER, SOMEONE WHO CAN BEHAVE PROFESSIONALLY.
