Can not thank them enough. I was working from home against a deadline it was 8:45 PM and I could not log on. Now what?? I did not want to drive 30 minutes to work. After a few minutes with Vnet Service Tech, it's all good!

I appreciate you bringing fiber optics to neighborhood, but your workers did not even out our yard. Yesterday the kids were out running and falling in our yard. Please come and fix this the mess. Thank you!!!

We have been consistently impressed with the product, service and support from Velocity Network. They not only have the most reliable business fiber connection in Erie, but the local sales and support is beyond awesome. Like, a local tech on the phone on the *2nd ring* kind of awesome. It always amazes me the difference in the quality of customer service we receive when dealing with Velocity vs other service providers. For example, one evening well after business hours we were performing some maintenance and had our Velocity Voice connection disconnected (on purpose) for about 1 hour. Within 30 minutes, I got a call on my cell phone from a local Velocity technician who *knew my name*, just checking in to make sure everything was ok. Do you think Verizon or Spectrum is going to do that? Not a chance.

They are always quick to respond if the is an issue.

Due to a broken link and being unable to uninstall, and re install a program my whole computer was reset, I unfortunately had little information to give ( to Tom the gentleman helping me) . Lucky me the little bit given was all he needed to work the magic! I'm so very thankful and Lucky!
