Over-promise and under-deliver is their motto. I had high hopes the first few months based on what their team members stated. Unfortunately, they did not deliver on ANY of their promises. After working with them for eight months, I received $0 on return on investment. I spent over $4k with this company with zero returns. Unfortunately, the gains made were from SEO practices I did before working with this bait-and-switch company. Be careful with their terms and conditions as they make it so incredibly vague and ambiguous that they are not required to actually make any improvements legally. They will promise the world vocally but promise something entirely different in writing with their deliverables. They are currently claiming that I rejected their recommendations, which is 100% false. I chose keywords based on their recommendation alone. I went along with all of their suggestions. Unfortunately, they are unwilling to acknowledge their mistakes and pivot directions when their plans fail.
