Terrible customer service. Harassed me over a 37.95 bill that was 16 days late due to the mail being backed up. I didn't receive the bill until 3 days after the due date, mailed the bill out as soon as I got it. When I finally got a hold of her after numerous amounts of calls from her to try to explain myself I couldn't get a word In. She refused to hear my explanation about the mail being backed up nor did she even care which made me scream over top of her to try and get her to keep quiet so I can explain. Been a loyal customer for six years and never not paid. Told me that they like paying customers as if I stiffed her numerous of times. If I could give a zero rating I would!!!!!!!! I can't believe someone would be this greedy over 37 dollars that is 16 days late. Unbelievable!

I have been a long-time customer of CTI, without incident. However, in transferring my internet account to a new home, I have had nothing but difficultly. We are going into our 4th week without service, having originally touched base with CTI the week of closing in our new home, in March. I have received numerous reports of service techs who will be out to our home, with no contact person for follow up, only to have no techs arrive. When I called about this, I received more promises of another soon-to-visit service tech who has yet to materialize. Most recently, on a call initiated by myself, it was discovered they didn't have the correct address, and was told it would take another week before we could see service. Edit: I've really been long-suffering with CTI in all of this, but I believe I'll be switching providers *if this continues. **I do indeed realize that you record your phone calls. I didn't name-drop a single customer service representative in my review.

Internet don't work most nights. Very rude and unprofessional customer service.

They are very good. And Wi-Fi is very good. High recommend
