Worse lead company I have ever worked with in my life. I purchased 10 Exclusive leads to try them out. I was surprised when every single lead was a dead end. I got voicemails, wrong number, disconnects, and complaints. I don't know how they make it, but don't waste your time. Also, if you do want to try don't buy more than 10 so you can see for yourself. I can't imagine spending a few thousand to get ripped off these days. The 5 star reviews are posted by Benepath scam slaves so don't pay attention.

I have been using Benepath for years and they have continued to provide quality and reliable leads throughout that time. Dave Morris is my account rep and he has been an incredible resource as well. Always responsive and very helpful. As a leads source, Benepath is one of the best.

UPDATE (Response to Benepath Comment Below): Given that I was still a paying customer at the time, I obviously wouldn't use my own name. You see, Benepath takes a big chunk of money in the beginning of your contract to even get you started. They will give you some of that money back at the end, but only if you fulfill the full month commitment. I don't truly have a huge problem with this part, to be honest, and I can see why they do it. Even though no other lead generation company I have worked with HAS actually done this. However, to not give them the chance to punish me for writing an honest review of their junk leads and shady practices, I have not used my real name or the name of my brokerage. That should actually be obvious. Interestingly, Benepath uses this lie (saying negative reviews that are left anonymously are not real people) to discredit the honest reviews agents and brokerages leave; but use your common sense, and you will see the commonalities in the reviews, clearly indicating that we are real customers or former customers who know what we are talking about. ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW: Their leads are close to a scam, and possibly ARE an outright scam. I can't reach most of the leads, a large number says they don't even know what I want and they never left their information on ANY website or the info is outright wrong. When I submit these for a return, the return gets declined with the reasoning that sometimes people change their mind. No proof of the fact the person has changed their mind. Actually, Benepath basically says that all the people I have talked to are lying. When you submit a return with the reason that the contact info is wrong, Benepath replies with the justification that the contact info is correct according to White Pages, which is ridiculous because 1) White Pages Info is not 100% correct by any stretch, and 2) if I talk to a person who answers the phone and they are male when the lead is for a female, and the person doesn't know who I am talking about, I'd say I have the more correct information, unless the person is lying, which seems to always be what the Benepath return decline reasoning ends up being. Because, of course, Benepath knows better without calling than the person who ACTUALLY talked to the person on the phone. I could keep on writing, but I have wasted enough money and time on this operation. If you were thinking about buying leads through Benepath, DON'T. There are non-exclusive leads that are better than these.
