DEFY has a heart of gold, skills to match and an unwavering commitment to quality. Working with their team on a promotional video was a dream! They were organized, professional and prompt. Having never done a project like this one, I was nervous but they led our team each step of the process. They took our feedback into account and provided us a STELLAR final product!

Last year, I selected 2one5 after reviewing several agencies large and small. I felt that 2one5 provided the best mix of real talent and attention and I have not been disappointed. We've done creative projects for two products so far--one medium difficult and one very difficult. Both have come out super and here is why: 2one5 has a team of young, imaginative, aggressive and original creatives supported by a management with vision. Most important is that the team embraced my products--which may seem pretty mundane. They thought deeply about both products, boiled their attributes down to find the key consumer-important differences and created messaging that was interesting and even inspiring. Also important is that they genuinely LISTENED to the client. I tried to provide clear basic direction, and they took that direction, asked many questions and then went to work. They did not parrot back client ideas--they thought carefully, had many internal discussions, asked even more question and then delivered an outstanding creative product. In the reviews, they presented passionately, but were open to comments and discussion. Having been a P&G Brand Manager and spent my career in marketing, I have dealt with many agencies large and small. 2one5 isn't a giant global shop that purports to do everything. However, for the global business I'm in now, I can't think of a better agency to entrust with the sacred art of breathing life into brands that don't have many obvious points of difference.
