I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Renaissance. I closed my account with them over six months ago, yet my web page is still active. Despite numerous phone calls and follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. Initially, I contacted their support team multiple times, hoping for a simple resolution. Unfortunately, after David, my account manager, left the company, the situation worsened. I tried reaching out to other account managers, but no one seemed willing or able to address my concerns. The lack of accountability and proper customer support has been incredibly frustrating. The inactive but still active web page is now causing significant problems, including duplication issues that are severely damaging my SEO ranking. This has negatively impacted my online presence and my business. I expected better from a company like Renaissance. Their failure to provide basic customer support and manage account closures is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with them. I hope they take immediate action to rectify this situation, but based on my experience so far, I am not optimistic.

Product catalog app is really bad. It's not even work with your existing kiosk or iPad. Also this app is made for tablets and iPad so if you are trying to use on your kiosk you have Wondersign this is not working properly, all images are looks blurry and if you lucky if this works every day, if you call customer service you get reply that your chrome box is old so you should buy new chrome box and new device. If everything is working properly with Wondersign why not work with this app. Also very poor filter system you can't find half of the product with colour or price , app stop working anytime when you are showing product to customers. The reason we came to this app because of price but I guess what you pay you get this is not even close to Wondersign. West our money and time by joining this. Also this take about 4 weeks to set up account and no one mentioned you that until you pay $100. Really bad app and service.

Follow up Review - Their customer service leaves quite a lot to be desired. We have had numerous problems with our website, and they are slow to respond to support requests and do not take any sort of responsibility for the lost revenue which is a direct result of a website that doesn't allow customers to create an account or place an order for THREE MONTHS. We asked for a credit for two months of their charges ... no more ... and they have refused to answer the request (even to say no) for six months. You might be better off going with a competitor ... we are considering it despite having to start over and the costs associated with doing so. Initial Review - They did a great job and answered all our questions timely and thoroughly! Highly recommend!
