These guys are just a big scam they claim to be this big help to your business but instead just invoice you over and over for hundreds of dollars a month and if you don't pay you get hounded multiple phone calls a week. As a small business owner I would not recommend this service at all they just charged me hundreds of dollars for a cancelation fee for services they didn't provide. Scam marketing company in my opinion like the rest of them. Cheers

Company started sending us bills via email and had some sort of collections agency call us stating that we owed $500 for something we didn't sign up for. They had the name of one of our employees, but the wrong business name. Our employee stated that someone on the phone tricked him stating they were calling on behalf of Google and they needed to renew our Google Listing, didn't mention anything about a price or the fact that it actually cost something. Going off of their reviews on Google and other sites, this seems to be a common scam they use to steal money from people without doing any work. We will not be paying them a dime. BEWARE.

BEWARE! This company runs a very efficient business "scam". They sent us a bill of $499 for services that we never contracted. It was the first time we had ever heard of the company. We actually already pay for the same services through another company. After contacting them, they sent us a recording of my boss "agreeing" to their services and a "copy" of a confirmation email that they supposedly sent but we never received. Basically, the caller cold called my boss and, although she identified herself as being with YP Local Sync, she asked him to verify all his information. He assumed it was our legitimate service provider, with a very similar name, calling to verify his information. We ultimately paid the bill after making sure they canceled the service going forward. My advice: be careful of companies cold calling to verify your information! Your legitimate provider of these services would probably have a client manager call and make an appointment with you.

****DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! They are scammers! They charged us for services never completed, one of which they claimed they will get our business verified on Google and never did! Come to find out we could do it on our own for free like most companies do!! After months of trying to cancel the scam service & them stealing our money we had to finally contact our financial institution and report them! DO NOT use this company!! DO NOT RECOMMEND! If we could give ZERO stars we would!!!!

Scam. Some lady called the business I was filling in at and tried to say we were a client and that they wanted to "renew" their Google advertising services for 2022. The problem is this business never worked with them before, and they don't work for Google OR the Yellow pages. It's just some firm trying to scam people into agreeing to "renew" services they never had and then pestering them with calls and claims of a "verbal contract". Do not speak to them, don't respond to their emails, don't pay them anything, even if you previously agreed under false pretenses. I don't know how "businesses" like this are allowed to operate.

Stay away from this company I've been trying to cancel my service for almost a year what they dont tell you is that if you want to cancel your service you have to do it 30 days before a billing cycle. Then they ignore your request to cancel unless you tell them again 30 days before the next billing cycle. Even though every time I talk to them on the phone they remember me telling them to cancel it the previous times I know they remember because they told me by saying " Remember last time we spoke we told you it had to be 30 days before a cycle " even though I told them 4 months before. Not to mention that their service has provided nothing for my company. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! ITS A SCAM !!!!!! I'm going to have to seek legal help .

YP Local Sync called our business in January 2022. Every since, Kelly Davis has been harassing with multiple phone calls, a fake invoice, and threatening collections. She claims she has a recording of a phone call with my "approval" of the transaction, however, when I asked to hear a playback to verify my own "voice," Kelly refuses to play the "recording" back to me. WE OWE THEM NOTHING as my boss nor I approved anything or finalized anything with them.

With he help of JEHOVAH GOD YpLocal Sync put my business on top in my district and since they did that I remained there..... Folks sometimes gives time for your ad to work it's way to the market be patient don't just give bad reviews... JESUS loves you...
