Amy has been a consistent professional throughout the entire process her willingness to help me understand the next steps where greatly appreciated. She's always quick to respond and settle me down during times of anxiousness. What a great experience. I give it a 5***** rating HOWEVER I will say before you pay thousands of dollars on a patent - know that it isn't a patent. It's provisional. Meaning it's a placeholder. If someone comes after you in line to create the same or similar thing - they can't. However, once everything is said and done THEN you find out you have to buy a PATENT. Which cost thousands and thousands of dollars to start it then more to maintain it after 7yrs. Verbally we were never told "Provisional" before talking about patents. It's written yes but if you DON'T know that it means placeholder than what you have isn't what you need to buy. That is non refundable. Just keep it in mind. Ours is done. Let's hope it'll be made and sold and make us millions! You too. P.S. The people are wonderful and our product looks great!

it was scary in the beginning because it is my first time ever presenting an idea to a company. I have had nothing but the most positive, supportive experience and communication with Invention Home. I couldn't have chosen a better group of people to help my dream come to life. I am so hopeful that they will take this product into the direction it needs to be successful. The most important aspect of filling with Invention Home is completing their first research to discover its obtainable patentability is possible, getting approved, and proceeding to the next filling stage with USPTO. The path that the inventor has to go through mentality vise not only provides abounds optimists hope for the inventor indescribable top off, with the supervision of I.H. management team assurance and complete with their legal team, which not only knows their way around the legal aspect of filling with USPTO, I as a thirty-some year industrial victorian I would not see them less than good experience an engineer themself, I have had many contacts from other similar companies even thought at one point I faced delay which I considered it as overload for the person in charge, but it never crossed my mind that I believe that I.H. being buyest and only deals with the facts and fulfill their obligation toward their client inventor, and that is why I keep coming up with the new idea. Finally, the only thing left for me to say from the bottom of my heart is THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME WHAT I AM TODAY, compared to what I was before I came to know I.H. Thank you.

I would recommend using literally any other invention service you can find. Horrible experience. They just want to get you in the door and get your money upfront and after that they do not care. They make all their money on the front end. Even the concept drawings they provided were nothing like my description of my invention and even had misspellings of common words. A disgrace! Struggling through trying to get a refund. Considering small claims court.
