Honestly, the service leaves much to be desired. The website frequently crashes, and it's impossible to work smoothly without the server going down. I've tried sending emails, but they never go through to Hotmail. The truth is, there is a lot that needs improvement, and this provider is far from delivering a good service. Additionally, customer support is terrible! They take too long to respond, and they close tickets without providing any real solution. For what I paid, I could have gotten much better service from another provider. Very disappointing. I made the mistake of paying for a full year in advance, and after 30 days, they don't offer refunds. I stuck with it for six months, but I ended up losing the money and switched to another service. They should refund the remaining amount!

I have been with Mytruehost since 2016 and I have never regretted a minute of being with them. Our relationship is a bond and in an era of downtime, data loss, hacking, and the like, they have been exceptional in making sure I never experience any of those. As someone who is not so grounded in Web Development, their support team had been instrumental in keeping my Technical Challenges intact while I worry only about design. They are just my peace of mind in this journey, I don't think I could still be in this career if not for their support helping me all along. Many Years working with my personal life, You can have a lot email accounts using kanboard, nextcloud, and many services. I recommend but if you need something more powerfull change your plan for something supperior. I'm Still working with this company 24 July 2024, God bless you team, human people and really Kind. This is a good web hosting company. I've had a web site on MyTrueHost for 2 years and the site always loads quickly. About a year ago I had an issue with a different web site and a customer service rep replied quickly and resolved the issue. I would recommend this company to family and friends without hesitation.

It is one of the suppliers that has been of great service, I have purchased from them several times and they have excellent service.
