They're pretty good but they jacked their prices up on me almost 2x this year. I get it. The economy was foobar for the last 3 or so years. I want to say to not to be too hard on them for the price increases. I understand how inflation has been off the charts. That said, still annoyed there wasn't effective communication when the new rates hit. If you don't have mission critical stuff that needs to be up 99.999%, they're good. Overall good for small businesses and stuff like that. I've not looked into their more enterprise level offerings, but it's better. The one tech explained how they're upgrading and getting a better data center. Also, do not send them checks like I did. Use the credit card for automatic renewal. I hate giving the banks money for doing nothing, but you don't want to have your account lapse. I've been with them for maybe 15 years. I hope to be with them for another 15.

I've used Pair for webhosting and email for over 20 years. This month they raised my monthly fee by 900% - Yes that's correct - I was paying $10/month, now $90/month. They are now charging an exhorbitant monthly fee for email, which used to be included in a standard web hosting account. Pair was bought in 2024 by a Dutch company called Your.online. Apparently that have decided to drive away loyal customers. Pair used to be the best. Now they are gouging just like all the rest. There a many better options available now. You cannot trust Pair anymore.

Have only been using them for a little bit but Pair has been in the Pittsburgh area for as long as I can remember and it's nice to do business with a local company. They have made our hosting needs seem-less with pricing we can afford. Thank you
