Mike created a website for us that is clean, well designed, and EXACTLY what I was hoping for... while always responding quickly (even while on his honeymoon) to questions, edits, new requests, etc. Because of this, we met our deadline, and he then took the time to show me the ropes so I'd be comfortable making edits, blog posts, following analytics, etc on my own.
