Hmmm, where should I start with this review. The surrounding of trees and plants gives the property colors and the sense of freshness around the environment. During the summer and autumn, standing in the dazzling sunshine, enjoy the breeze and a cold drink in the backyard. And winter? Lying on the sofa, watching TV, and enjoying the snow outside. Not far from the property is a nice park with a basketball court, gardens and a horse barn. It's also a great place for morning run, daze and think. In addition: fast internet speed, quick maintenance service, friendly staff and neighbors

Love my stay, can't tell you enough. Ample living and recreational space with a huge park in the vicinity. Neighborhood is very chill and laid back, I barely hear any noise. Mae especially has been a fantastic host for us, she's always supportive and cheerful. Now some might say it's a bit far from campus, but seriously though it's only a 10-minute bus ride tops. For the experience that you get, it's more than worth it. And no, Mae didn't pay me lol. This comes from a place of love. Thanks, Blue Course Commons.

Highly recommended!We have been stayed in this community for almost 1 year and enjoy everything here! The property manager Mae is so welcoming and friendly, helping us deal with so many issues when we were out of town. The place is quiet, 3-mins walking distance to a beautiful park, pet friendly and fast maintenance(Dan is also a super nice guy!). We love here and will continue to stay! --Zac&Sunny

Great place to live! The office is very helpful, the area is quiet but accessible, and there are plenty of bus routes. Love the dog park nearby and the apartment coming furnished has been very convenient. Edit: I rented there while it was owned/managed by College Town Communities - so I cannot speak for the newer owners, but the previous were pretty good.

Living at Blue Course this year has been such a blessing! When our dryer stopped working, maintenance was very helpful and speedy getting the correct part to fix it. It is also close enough to campus and the bus pass we get is convenient with two stops surrounding the complex!

I have lived at Blue Course for about a year now and resigned my lease for next year, it is a great place to live for off campus housing. The staff in the office are amazing, especially Ellie, they are extremely patient and understanding. The staff has been extremely welcoming to my two dogs that I have there, and my dogs always get super excited for a quick visit to the office. If you are looking for housing off campus that is a great distance to campus this is a great place for you.

This is one of the best places to live near campus! There are spacious rooms, free bus passes, and free parking for residents. It is close enough to campus which makes it convenient to get to class. The office always holds fun events for residents! I couldn't think of a better place to live off campus!

Super nice apartments, everyone is so friendly. The units are well kept and maintained. Ellie Dunn the property manager is great and extremely helpful with any questions and concerns you may have. Also blue course partners with PAWS and allows for fostering animals which we took part in and it has been truly an amazing experience.
