RISE at State College

The apartment units are very nice (I especially love my view of downtown from my apartment!). The staff is super friendly they always greet me with a smile when I enter the building and know me by name (in a building with a lot of residents I really appreciate their effort in getting to know me!). The location is perfect you get the experience of living in downtown State College without dealing with the noise. Also, I love to use the provided grill in the courtyard! Highly recommend the RISE for anyone looking at student apartments!

Living here at The Rise has been a 10 out of 10 experience. My unit is a perfect size for what I was looking for. My floor is comfortably quiet and the staff downstairs are pretty welcoming and supportive. I personally like using our different study areas, gym and hot tub, but I still need some work getting better playing on our table tennis and pool table. All of this along with the community events our building put together, how quickly maintenance issues get resolved and having on-site evening security I like living here. I've already recommended The Rise at State College to some friends and a few co-workers.

Great overall place to live. Amenities, my room, and overall customer service will definitely have me renewing my lease next year! A couple weeks ago we had an issue with our door/locking mechanism and maintenance got it fixed in no time and we're some of the nicest people I've ever met. 10/10 recommend!

I've been living at the RISE for two years now and I absolutely love it! The location is perfect--situated right near campus and all the stores downtown, making it incredibly convenient. Beyond the prime location, the apartment complex is modern and offers a variety of great amenities, including a gym, study rooms, and a hot tub in the courtyard! The management team is also very friendly and quick to assist with any concerns. Just last week, I had an issue with my doorknob, so I submitted a maintenance request, and within 10 minutes, I got a call from Jordan at the front desk (love her so much!). She walked me through exactly what to do and I didn't even have to wait for maintenance to show up!

Wouldn't consider living anywhere else the rise is the best 10/10!! I have my own room, I live in the study room and the gym is really nice as well. The maintenance staff is 10/10 and always comes immediately when there is an issue. Overall, it is a great community and the staff is so helpful and sweet!

I have been living at The RISE for the past two years now, and I couldn't be happier! The apartment complex has so much to offer, like a hot tub, gym, study lounge, and much more. Besides the great amenities they provide, the location is amazing--right across from campus, and being downtown makes it so convenient. The staff is also a big plus about living here, as they are kind and welcoming! Jordan, especially, has a positive attitude and is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure residents' happiness.

As a parent, I was very skeptical about signing a lease for this building only 2 months after my daughter started at Penn State. I had no clue, the way things worked back then. She is now in her 3rd year and has been living at the Rise since sophomore year and I couldn't be happier. When I visit I notice the cleanliness and safety right away. The units are set up to maximize space and comfort and all have their own washer and dryer. To be honest, the cost of living at the Rise isn't much more than if she were to live on campus and the difference is worth every penny. We already signed our lease for her last year-I highly recommend!

The Rise at State College is such a great place to live! The location is super convenient, right near campus and downtown and the apartments are modern and spacious. The amenities, like the fitness center and hot tub, are amazing, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. It's the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. Highly recommend!
