If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Kevin Homer at Navitas Marketing in Trooper, PA went above and beyond to solve a problem I thought was hopeless. Our Google business pages were suspended on February 25 without clear reasoning, leaving us completely in the dark. After working with Navitas Marketing for two years and taking a seasonal marketing break, we were devastated when all our attempts to restore the pages led nowhere. Every article I found and everyone I spoke to said that resolving this issue was virtually impossible and entirely at the mercy of Google, with no clear timeline for resolution. We have been using Navitas' Production Services for almost 2 years. They support us with high-quality webinar production services which include developing the graphics and music for the webinars, all of the technical coordination of the presenters (which are global), the registration processes, and reporting. The team coordinates well within the organization and stays in touch with us and responds quickly to any questions (even the simplest technical ones) that we bring up. Kevin and his team were beyond helpful. I'd worked with another developer to redesign my website (www.stevefriedbergmagic.com), but populating it with photos proved to be a major challenge, and the developer was less than helpful.
