TrueNet, Inc. (Colocation)

The folks at TrueNet have always done an outstanding job for us. We have had our servers these 10+ years now and have always had nothing but great service, even after hours on a few occasions when our servers decided to 'take the night off'. Now with biometric access after hours, we don't need to bother them (even though I know they'd come out of we need them). Outstanding reliability of connection, power, AC, etc. Top notch team to work with.

TrueNet is the best colocation server hosting company in West Chester, PA. My company hosts our company backup server at TrueNet and Dave and Eric have done an amazing job of taking care of our servers. Our data is safe because of TrueNet. We have been hosting with them for over seven years now and I would not use any other company than TrueNet. These guys know what they are doing. Extremely professional and secure.

Great people to work with, matched with excellent technical skills. I have had a cabinet with them for at least 2 years. No issues. They have, proactively , called me twice to let me know of amber lights on servers. 24x7 access is secure, and safe. Remote hands are smart and methodical. They take pride in their space, their offerings, and their work. I am in 35+ locations across the country, and this place is top 5. They honestly go the extra mile.

I've been using TrueNet for about 3 years now. I share a rack in their data center with an associate of mine and we host a few web and database servers there. The TrueNet team was very helpful in getting us up and running. The data center is first rate and very reliable, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the services they provide are very reasonably priced. I also use them for email hosting for a few of my clients. The email service and spam filtering is as good as any I've seen, and I've checked out a bunch over the years. Very reliable, great up time. This was a good find for us and we are happy with the choice we made. I would recommend taking a look at TrueNet if you need a hosting solution.

The first thing I did when I started my current job was to move my company's servers to TrueNet. This was back in 2005 and we are still extremely happy with the entire team at TrueNet. Any questions we've ever had have been answered quickly and thoroughly, and there's been no technical issues in close to 12 years now. What more could anyone ask for when looking for a reliable, secure and cost effective location to colocate servers?

Great experince with the Truenet folks. We made a decision back in 2015 to move all of our on premise servers to Truenet. That turned out to be a great decision. We packed everything up Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon we were up and running again. They helped with everything and made setup very painless. Their infrastructure has been rock solid and we are pleased with the performance and the non stop uptime.
