Went here for a matter after 1. My computer wouldn't power up 2. Was referred by a friend. 3. I happen to be working in the area and had to park on their premises ( gentlemen was very nice and understanding. So on top of that the service was great and fast. Definitely look forward to using them very soon for a project

NEPA Geeks is a great laptop repair location! They are very understanding and very courteous when it comes to Customer Service. They are fantastic at replacing hard drives, batteries, broken computer hardware, and other laptop needs. The owner of the store is very kind and comfortable to be around, and they have thrived as a business in the area. We will always choose them for our laptop repairs.

Went to NEPA Geeks to fix up a custom PC I assembled wrong. They kept me up to date, fixed the wiring, installed an AIO cooler and the OS. Price was really good and would highly recommend them!

Needed to have my daughter's gaming PC repaired and upgraded. They were responsive, quick and reasonably priced. The PC is working beautifully and they were super nice, providing great customer service. 100% will use them again.

10/10 would definitely recommend NEPA Geeks. I took my MacBook there for heating issues, loud fans, and a draining battery. They took it in and got it back to me within a day. Customer service was excellent, quick turnaround time, extremely reasonable price, definitely worth it. I have been using my laptop for a few days now since and I definitely notice a difference. After getting the run around from another "popular" local computer repair shop, I contacted Jason out of frustration. I brought my laptop to him that day and he had it back up and running better than ever in 2 days! The excellent customer service, turnaround time and the price were all exceptional! NEPA Geeks far exceeded my expectations! After getting a $900 quote from Apple for a battery replacement I contacted NEPA Geeks hoping they would be able to do the job for a bit less. Not only did they charge less than 1/3 of what Apple asked for, but they went above and beyond! Additional issues were found with my computer and Jason immediately contacted me and fixed those issues. Jason was easy to communicate with and replied quickly. Repairs were made quickly and my computer is better than before! I would recommend NEPA Geeks to anyone looking for great service and I will absolutely use them again in the future!
