Great staff considerate and helpful. Colleton Point is a significant resource. 270 degree views of the Colleton River. Borders on the largest tidally influenced saltwater marsh in the US!

I couldn't say enough about our experience at Rose Hill. The staff was very knowledgable, and the owners were so generous. We were allowed to sit on antique furniture and roam through the downstairs, as well as the grounds outside, after the official tour was finished. The light lunch was delightful and enhanced the feeling of the period that the house was used as a plantation. It was a wonderful event.

Sweet community. Golf course has improved significantly in the last year. Great tennis, equestrian, polo and fishing spot in the low country.

Absolutely Magical settings. Big houses, intercoastal waterway...green clean and loads of mansions set amidst the greenery. Drive carefully as the horses,deers etc are crossing the road.

We absolutely love Rose Hill! It is a beautiful community with a huge variety of amenities, gorgeous custom homes, and friendly people.

Beautiful neighborhood. Convenient to HHI, Savannah, and Beaufort. Very nice for outdoor activities also.

Make sure you have your license out and ready if you're visiting, no excuses. But they are polite.
