Convenient downtown location in the middle of the vista. Close to many restaurants. Wide variety of workstations give you many options from super private to very open and collaborative. Everyone is polite and helpful. Great working atmosphere but they also have fun happy hours with lots of food and drinks all provided by SOCO.

The SOCO Vista experience is far more than a co-working space. The people who fill the tables and work spaces are an amazing intersection of brilliance, creativity, and determination. Rarely do you find a professional arena that has a core value of promoting and celebrating the success of others, not just themselves. THIS IS THE PLACE.

The best cowork space in Columbia! I appreciate the flexibility in plans and the community that SOCO provides me! Specifically I use the podcast recording space every week at 80808, and I wouldn't be able to work without it.
