The owner Herbert has fixed my computer a couple of times now, and I'd return if needed to. He's fair and takes time to explain what the issue is and what steps he'll take to fix it.

I took my MacBook to JHD for a battery replacement and during the process he also cleaned the fan and returned it to almost new condition. He is very good and reasonable priced. He fixed my laptop in one day. If you need service on your computer this is the place to go. Good service and good pricing. If I ever need repair work in the future this is the FIRST place to call

In December I brought my 5 yo Alien desktop to JHD to see what could be upgraded so I could pass it on to my son to use for school and gaming for the next few years. He replaced the video card and memory and can't remember what else...but it is up and running great. His service was fast and he was friendly and professional. The only delay for me was waiting for the new components to come in but I was not in a hurry because I know things slow down during the holidays. I appreciated the text updates when he sent them about status of my computer. I would definitely bring my next upgrade or repair to him! Thanks!

My computer wouldn't power up. I was nervous I lost everything. Dropped it off Monday morning and it was back home Tuesday evening. Hubert was professional and kept in touch with me. Price was good and for you military and vets he has a military discount. I'll be telling friends if they have computer problems. Thanks again Hubert

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!!! I paid for a diagnostic on my computer and I replaced the part he claimed was the issue. I returned to ask for help and he and explain that I believed his diagnosis was wrong. He began yelling in my face! His wife made a comment and the man turns to her and starts SCREAMING at her! Yelling at her to,"SHUT UP!" and "STOP TALKING!". Absolutely unbelievable. I told him I didn't believe I received the service I paid for and that I wanted my money back. Obviously he refused and told me to leave. This whole time I was in uniform as I had just gotten off work and his shop is on the same road as base. Completely disrespectful to myself and his wife and has some obvious anger issues!

This place was great, they went above and beyond my expectation. They were able to replace my son's keyboard after he broke off several keys. They also cleaned out the inside and made suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again. I would definitely recommend to friends and family, that if you have any computer issues go here. They will help you, no matter the problem also fixed same day.

Highly recommend this company. My 6-month old Lenovo laptop had a problem with my screen randomly going black. Lenovo support gave me very little help even after I bought a service plan. JHD Computers replaced the motherboard and several other components. His labor charge for many hours of troubleshooting was minimal and he solved my problem. Very professional and courteous in all my interactions.
