My husband James took his computer here because he had a major problem. Sergio was so kind and patient. Very reasonably priced and had it fixed within hours. Wow! What great customer service! Highly recommend

If you're thinking about who to go to for computer help--stop looking and call Sergio. I had an issue that multiple techs couldn't figure out. Some even told me it couldn't be fixed. Sergio not only figured it out, but he fixed it fast and at a super reasonable price. This guy is a total lifesaver. Every time I've brought him a problem, he's solved it--no hesitation, no runaround, just solutions. He's knowledgeable, quick, affordable, and genuinely the best tech support experience I've ever had. It's rare to find someone this good at what they do, and even rarer to find someone so honest and fair about it. If you need your tech fixed right, Sergio is the one. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Sergio is incredibly talented! He fixed my computer screen in a day as opposed to weeks like others places told me! Along with a friendly smiles comes knowledge and empathy! Sergio knew how important my laptop was and how soon I needed it, not to mention his prices can't be beat! I couldn't quite complete my upgrade of motherboard, CPU and RAM, getting a black screen. I brought my computer to Surge, and he very methodically troubleshooted the installation, correcting some connections. He then attained a startup and installed all the necessary drivers from his LAN/WAN setup, saving me hours of time. He managed the Windows authorization process. I left with all drivers loaded and Windows running perfectly. I am very satisfied with his cost-effective service.

So friendly and speedy. Dropped off a computer and was fixed within an hour or so. The owner is a very caring guy. Would recommend to anyone. Also has super cute keychains and shirts in the shop.

Brought my laptop in for wifi problem, he did a very thorough check (for free) and told me he could replace the wifi card for $$$ or i could just plug a new adapter in a USB port for hardly nothing... I felt a little guilty when I left with a big smile and a small bill... it's nice when someone tells you the truth, I'll be recommending everyone I know to go there...b

My fiance's laptop stopped running and decided to take it to Surge to get it looked at. The owner (Sergio) looked at the laptop and found the issue and saw it had too much dog fur and dirt in the fans. He did an immaculate job cleaning it and got it working again. He also gave us a cord replacement since part of our charging cord was frayed. He even went out of his way to clean under the keyboard. I'd definitely recommend coming here if anyone has computer issues.
