100% recommend! Robert had my computer fixed and ready for pick up the same day I dropped it off. He's very friendly and actually answers your calls and texts! He really cared when I told him I needed my computer back ASAP for work when other places wouldn't even return my calls. He also took the time to price parts to get me the most affordable price possible. Thank you Robert!

Robert is amazing. He didn't just fix the problem I asked him to; he improved the performance of my four-plus-year-old laptop beyond what it was when I first bought it. Robert's depth of knowledge about consumer laptops was deeper than anyone I've ever gotten help from before. If you're interested in finding someone who knows their craft and tries to save you unnecessary cost, I can't recommend anyone more highly than Robert.

I brought my daughter's laptop to Robert and I am so grateful that I did. I had her laptop sitting on the shelf for about a year because I couldn't afford to go and get it fixed it had the blue screen of death and after trying to figure it out ourselves we couldn't and the last time I had brought a computer to someone it cost me over $150 and we simply did not have the money to do it. I have had other computers crash on me and it was more affordable for me to go and replace it then it was for me to get it fixed. Not only is Robert extremely affordable he's very friendly he communicates with you and he got my laptop fixed within just one day. After the holidays I will bring my other laptop that's been sitting on the shelf for about 2 years lol. Wow. Robert was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I brought him a PC that was running very slow and with lots of issues. He diagnosed the problems, recommended a cost effective solution, and had my machine back to me in 24 hours. The only thing faster than the turn around is how the computer operates now. He was a very nice person and encouraged me to contact him if I have any issues. Exactly what I was hoping for. Thanks!

5 stars are not enough! Robert spent 2 days working on my nearly brand new computer which had crashed. He was very knowledgeable but was unable to fix it. He was able to tell me exactly what to say to HP when I called them. Since it was still under factory warranty, I was able to get the problem resolved. Robert did not charge me a penny! He said to me, "No repair, no charge" and he stuck to that even after working on it for so long! I won't take my computer anywhere else from now on! Thank you Robert!

Robert was fantastic! I brought him my slow running computer and he had it running better than when it was brand new before the end of the day! He serviced my laptop for a great price with great communication throughout the day! Would definitely recommend!

The hard drive in my Dell desktop crashed. After paying Dell in advance for the services, spending 1 1/2 hour on the phone and speaking to 5 different customer and tech support personnel...the reason for my call had not been addressed. I originally had called to ask where did I need to ship my desktop to have it repaired. None of the 5 Dell employees could give me an answer. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they couldn't fine one for me to speak to, so I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. After my frustration with Dell, I started looking for a local mom and pop IT business. I was lucky and glad to have stumbled across Robert's business!!! There was not a bad comment about Robert or his business and this is why I went with him!!! Not only was he reasonably inexpensive, but had my computer to me that same day (it was going to take Dell 12-15 day to fix my device)!!! He was very professional, called me to explained what he had done to get my computer up and running. I highly recommend Robert for any of your computer needs and will continue to use him in the future. Thank you Robert...you rock!!!
