Our floral/wedding website was a huge undertaking that Matthew took on. They delivered a beautiful clean, easy to maneuver site for our potential brides to view. As we were nearing the end of the editing process, I shared the page with many of my floral friends across the US. All of the comments came back the same: beautiful site, clean lines, fresh updated look, and easy to know what our services are. Matthew was patient with us as we hit the major holidays and the website design/information had to take a back seat. The site is a week old and we had our first exposure release via face book this past week with lots of positive comments from our current clients. We introduced our new site at the Bridal Show this weekend and I'm looking forward to hearing from our brides in the coming days and weeks!

I think the thing that impressed me the most about working with Matthew is I didn't feel like he was trying to sell us what we didn't need. He understood our goals, our audience, and our reason for our website refresh and he customized our site to fit our needs. Also, he was extremely helpful (while at the same time patient) as we went through the process of creating content. Matthew's designs exceed expectations ! I tried the "build your own website" months ago and couldn't find the right tools to replicate what was in my mind. Then I tried paying a large online web designing firm and they too failed to design anything close to what I wanted. It wasn't until after I opened my boutique that someone suggested I try calling Matthew with DBL07. When we first met, I tried explaining what I wanted. I showed him my store, pictures and colors of what I wanted incorporated in the website. The end result is far better than what I had even imagined. I didn't settle, like I thought I would have to. We had used DBL07 to design our newest website and start SEO at the beginning of September. He was able to build our site in one week due to a issue with our old website and advertising company. Matt surprised me on how quickly the site was built and the quality that we had received. Not only was he able to take down our old site and put the new one up swiftly he was able to help us rank higher within weeks. Our call volume has doubled since he started. I really enjoyed working with Matthew. He was kind enough to drive up to Greenville from Columbia to meet with me and discuss my goals. He was patient in trying to understand what I wanted when I wasn't always clear. Even though I'm sure the meeting went longer than he expected, he didn't rush me. By asking clarifying questions and challenging me to narrow down my focus, he was able to capture the essence of what I was looking for even though I wasn't able to articulate it. All that AND he completed my site in about half the time he quoted! It's so much better than my DIY site, and people tell me he did a great job capturing who I am and making my personality shine through!
