The Market Hut

I agreed to have The Market Hut create a new website for me. This was early October 2021. I paid them $950 for the website design and hosting for one year. The first review of my design was peppered throughout with typo's including my name spelled incorrectly. There was clearly a communication problem between the designer and myself. The design that came back had more spelling mistakes and was incoherent, disjointed and rambling. There clearly wasn't an effort to listen and learn about me and my business. After accepting the fact that this was a mistake I've approached management for a partial refund of my fees. I'm not unreasonable and the designer did spend time and should be compensated. However, I'm being ghosted by management and it's clear that their refund policy is nothing but garbage and they have no intention on resolving a problem. Don't get RIPPED OFF BY THESE PEOPLE. They won't work with you and you might as well burn your money away! RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FAST!

Needed SMO support as I already had google analytics set on my website. They gave me a personalized package too. They have given me organic leads within a month. Looking forward to working with them.
