I recently bought the Unka spinter premium 170 ext roof rack. Unaka was the only one I could find with a ext rack size. The product was reasonably priceed compared to all the options available on the market. The product was delivered within a couple days. It was very well packed. All the hardware was in individual kits for different steps of the assembly process wich made it very easy to find what you needed. The assembly instructions were very professional and easy to follow. I have worked in manufacturing for years so I know what im talking about when I say the work instrucction were done very well. The installation went faily easily considering I did it by myself with no help. I took about 1/2 for pre assembly and a full day to install. The rack looks great and I feel I made the right choice going with Unaka. I especially like the wind fairing with the rubber bulb that rest on the roof. Unaka offered great customer service for helping me plan out my roof rack configuration. They have a feature on their website that helps you plan out how their products can fit together with other common rooftop accessories which helps a lot compared to just looking at diagrams. Brad helped me use to tool to plan out a roof configuration, and was responsive and helpful.

Bought an awning for my Van which was at a great price. The location being around an hour drive meant I could pickup at Unaka and save the shipping. Communication was always straight reply and within a few minutes. Great people to work with and I will use them again soon.

Order, customer service, and product delivery were all above board. The best part is the product it's self. Well designed, low profile perfect fitting rack. Designed to accommodate existing roof vent and a/c arrangements. Also works with a variety of solar panels. This rack is low profile, sturdy, and produces no noticeable wind noise. The best part is it looks great on my van.

Ordered a roof rack and other stuff for my Ford transit high roof extended with 4 Rich 200w solar panels..They all fit together perfectly. Had a small glitch in my order and Unaka promptly fixed it and asked me about the rest of my order to make sure I was on point with everything. I installed the Unaka HSLD roof rack on my Ford Transit and couldn't be more satisfied with the product. It is a very quality roof rack and one of the best looking ones on the market IMO, and more affordable than other brands. I love the low profile design and how thoughtfully solar panel installation is done to avoid any height added. The rack makes no noise when driving and didn't impact my gas mileage. The people at Unaka are super helpful, I called there multiple times with questions and they answered all my questions and were very friendly. Shipping was fast, instructions were clear, hardware was well marked, and everything was packaged really well. Highly recommend going through Unaka for any gear you need!
