I first became aware of Surfside Web in late 2019, when searching for a new host after becoming dissatisfied with my previous host. So far, I have been impressed by their quick response to communications as well as the seamless migration from my old host. Wil Hatfield has been a pleasure to work with and has been very helpful so far. Keeping my business local is very important to me, so I am glad to have found a responsive, professional, and affordable local option in the Grand Strand area. If Surfside Web works as hard for their existing clients as they do for their new ones, I can see myself staying with them for a long time.

I was interested in starting up an ecommerce website for my company, but had no clue where to begin. I wanted to keep my business local, so I sent a request to be contacted by Surfside Web. Mike called me back the very next day, and we set up a meeting within a week to discuss my expectations. Will and Mike were able to ask the exact right questions in order to make my website a reality. I thought my business might be too vast in order to create a comprehensive website within my price range, but turns out I was wrong. Within a few months, they had my website up and running with over 7,000 items available to purchase. The website is easy to use, professional and a huge asset to my business. Such a great experience from beginning to end!!

This company has been a nightmare to deal with. First, they took forever to build my site, they then published it live with horrible spelling and grammar mistakes. Then I asked certain content be removed from my site a few times and it never happened. When I decided to end my subscription with them, I asked repeatedly how to regain control of my domain and website and they told me on Jan 10th I was paid up for another 6 months. Here we are March 30th and they have shut my site down for non payment even thought Wil Hatfield told me I was paid through June. I have had to get an attorney involved. I do not like t bash businesses ever but I felt I needed to share my experience to hopefully help someone else from getting ripped off by them.

The most expensive product you buy is the one you have to buy twice. Unfortunately after seeing the product produced by SSW that is what I did. Overall the experience from front to back was poor and not up to my most basic standards.

These guys are great! The system is so dependable, and they know what REAL customer service is! We are so glad we changed to Surfside Web a year ago. WiFi-U
