I began working at SatCom 1 1/2 years ago and it is one of the best jobs I've ever had. From day 1 I felt very welcome and part of the team. I was promoted within a year, since they promote from within, and every person that is in leadership worked their way up. If you want to make great money, have a set schedule, and want a fun family like atmosphere then you will enjoy working at SatCom. If you show up willing to work, are dependable and driven to succeed then the sky is the limit!

I have worked for Satcom for over 2 years and I can confidently say this job will allow you to create a safe place for you to leave your worries at the door. The environment is friendly and the team is very family oriented. There is so many open doors and opportunities to take as long as you put your best foot forward. Commission is based off the effort you want to bring to the table and as long as you're willing to show up for your shift Satcom doubles the commission you made for hitting your 40 hours. If anyone is looking for a reliable job that is willing to show up with a positive attitude and an open mind this is a place to look forward to.

I've worked for SatCom for a couple years now, and I personally enjoy the job. I love my work as a retention agent, and truly like the atmosphere. The leadership is cheerful and helpful to everyone, creating a positive and energetic environment.

My experience with satcom has always been positive. My wife currently works there and I have talked to several other employees when visiting. They have bent over backwards to assist my wife with health and other issues. They explain and communicate with employees in a kind and professional manner from what I have seen. Honestly, it seems like a good place to work.

This place is an equal opportunity environment that understand everyones unique needs. Pays you just for showing up. Commission offered and highly revered. The leadership will expect you to succeed, but only because they give you everything you need to succeed. As long as you're willing to put in the effort, and come in everyday with an open mind you're guaranteed an amazing job with amazing possibilities.

Very friendly coworkers and management! There was definitely a time where things could have been better, but with my time here I could totally say that things are only getting better! I'm excited for the future here! Definitely one of the longest places I've been in my work experience, and worth it!

Run far away from the mismanaged dysfunctional place. Management doesn't value or respect employees. The female leaders continually vape indoors. In the year I worked there over 200 people have come and gone. They make false promises and continually change polices, schedules. They monitor bathroom breaks, if you spent more than 10 minutes a day in the bathroom they clock you out. Also the services you are trying to selling are overpriced internet with terrible connections, weak signals and slow speeds. It's very difficult to sell a service you wouldn't want for your household.

I gave the company a 4 star rating. These are the draw backs. It is a typical sales oriented company. You are placed in a sales campaign and say the exact same thing over and over again for hours on end. It is tedious and monotonous. It is the same client that you work with everyday, nothing new. To succeed on these campaigns requires full attention and effort being put forth. However, the good out ways the bad. The site manager is excellent and works extensively to see that you have success. When you focus on sales and put effort forth, the sales come and the commission is quite high. I personally have been the highest and the second highest in the company on commission for several months. Currently, there is a lot of over time hours being permitted. So not only do you increase your base pay, but with the overtime comes increased sales and hence increased commission. Secondly, it attempts to maintain a professional setting, so much of the nonsense of other call centers is not permitted. There are career opportunities with the company, but they are few. However, as the company grows these opportunities will increase. If you are looking for a beginning job, or returning to the work force, this is a good place to come.
