SoDak Marketing

We hired SoDak Marketing a year ago, paid them upfront to help with our website, and they completely disappeared. After taking our money, they stopped responding to our calls and emails--no updates, no work delivered, nothing. Brian, in particular, never returned a single one of our calls. We've given them more than enough time to make things right, but they clearly have no intention of doing so. Avoid this company at all costs unless you like to waste your money and time.

We reached out to SoDak Marketing and initially had a good experience. We had a meeting with Brian which was really promising and we left with a plan in place that we were feeling excited about. Brian told us it would be a couple weeks before we had a logo, which we understood and agreed to. After the two weeks were up and having not heard anything from Brian, I reached out to ask about their progress. Brian said I would hear from him early the next week with a couple of options for a finished logo, and I said I understood. By the end of the next week I still hadn't heard from him so I sent him another email which went unanswered. We have since called and left a few voicemails which have also gone unanswered. At this point, we've moved on with another company, but we would have at least appreciated a response back letting us know that they weren't going to be taking us on as a client if that was the case. It was a pretty disappointing experience, as not having the logo finished when we discussed has delayed quite a few things for us with our small business.

We hired SoDak to rebuild our website and to help manage our social media, BESTDECISIONEVER! Brian and his team are amazing! They are all super friendly and down to earth, they make you feel like family, and they have great ideas! Brian is not that pushy salesman that we all dread dealing with, he does not try to oversell, he will totally work within your budget. Cannot recommend them enough! I definitely would not use anyone else because they are the BEST!
