The apartment's pretty average. Looks okay from the outside, but the inside is honestly a mess, not clean at all. The rent is way too high. definitely not worth for 44k. And if you've got a vehicle, be careful. There is no safety. Some hooligan put a dent and scratch on my scooter's front fender and mudguard, and even broke the mobile holder. CCTV cameras are there in all corner. We've already informed the owner about the incident, but he hasn't responded yet.

We stayed here for 9 days. Everything was just perfect. Daily maintenance was good. Had all amenities like kitchen utensils, AC, geyser, TV, furniture. We just brought groceries and cooked. A perfect and decent stay for a family. I give 100/100 marks for this stay. Iam looking forward to come here again. Definitely whenever we come to Hyderabad this is the place Iam going to choose. Manager Adarsh ji was just a call way. Owner Tanvir sir is a cool and down to earth person. Made us very comfortable with our stay. Thanks to your entire team of home away from home.

Best home stay This is a spacious, clean, well maintained, reachable property. Care taker Suraj, Manager Adarsh and Owner Tanvir helps, welcomes, guides like anything. Their support made my Hyderabad trip a wonderful. experience. On a first day, Adarsh shown me the all needed shops like grocery, vegetables, milk booth, mess, medicines, hospital nearby. Home away from home.. it makes you feel like your home.. place is located at a very peaceful locality. Happy to stay in this place. Place was spacious and maintained well. We were 5 of them and it was a good stay. Special thanks to our Host Tanvir, who took good responsibility of things and very proactive in responding to us. And also caretaker Suraj was helpful and friendly.. will surely visit this place again.
