Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre

Had a fantastic stay at the Hyderabad Marriott Hotel. While the rooms are slightly dated, they are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service--every staff member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. The amenities are also excellent, and don't get me started on that breakfast spread. Overall, a wonderful experience that more than made up for the older interiors. Highly recommended!

Room good, sleep quality good. When you ask for packed breakfast at 6 AM in morning, they will give use food which is not so fresh so avoid that. Last month while I was in Taj and requested for packed breakfast it was so fresh but at Marriott, better to avoid asking for it , otherwise be ready to be served with parathas may be left over of last day or so. |Staff is average , room comfortable. Staff in executive lounge is very good and courteous , executive lounge staff really takes good care. Food specially breakfast served in room was useless.

My recent stay at by Marriott, Hyderabad was nothing short of excellent! The hospitality and warmth shown by the staff truly made the experience memorable. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, comfortable, and thoughtfully handled. A special shoutout to the top-notch team members who went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful - Amarpali, Madhu Sree, Nisha, and Nandu Lal. If you ever visit, make sure to catch up with them - they add an extra touch of magic to the whole experience. The food was delicious, the lounge was super relaxing, and every little detail was taken care of. Can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and exceptional service!

While I enjoyed the variety offered, I felt that the food did not meet the high standards I had expected. I believe some improvements could be made in terms of taste. I'm confident that with a few adjustments, your dining offerings could be as exceptional as the rest of your services. We had an amazing time. Lovely well mantained property with a lovely vibe all over ||We were 4 of us and few had some food allergies, we appreciate Manager Mr Rajesh Shaw and Mr Sashi for showing genuine care, customizing our meals and taking feedback.|Breakfast is fantastic. ||The staff is very well managed and property is very well maintained with a nice positive vibe .||We would highly recommend this property for it's high hospitality standards .

I stayed with the property for the second time. And what a time i had. The front desk remembered me, my choice of floor and room. Check in was super breezy. Checking out was also absolutely hassle free. Thanks to Sania, Purvi, aryan ( few names which i remember) and others as well. The room was very comfortable with the mattress and pillow perfect for a good sleep. Had total privacy in the room from the windows. The housekeeping staff was amazing with Ajay specifically. He again remembered me from my last visit and would go lengths to make my stay comfortable he was alive to my pattern of keeping my stuff in the room and he would set it up the way i prefer. Other housekeeping staff was also very sweet and would constantly ask me if I was comfortable. The restaurant spoils you. There are so many options that you cannot come back without gaining weight. Here i would like to sincerely thank the sous chef Santosh, who was always very warm and was ever willing to stuff me like my mother would with delicious food. Other staff was also very friendly and courteous. I thank the IT dept who spent hours trying to successfully rectify an issue with my laptop. To top it all, my heartfelt thanks to the master mind Mr Prakash Vohra. He is an amazing person and an equally competent professional. He ensured that i was taken care of at all times and made to feel "at home" during my stay. Great times. Hope i visit again.

Excellent stay .. trully Home away from home. From entrance right to the check in where MS Swati dey was wonderful very gracious . Clean room houskeeping service fasa and Prompt , Lounge service great chef was extra kind service lady running upto all the guests with smiling service but to top it all chef Santosh Who took care of us as we walked into Okara rest . He provided us with fantastic food along with his team chef sahana, chefAnup,Himanshu,Manoj and Mr Rao FO. Thanks to the entiti team. We look forward to our next trip. Would surely like to thank the general manager for his great crew....
