Neemtree Apartments

Nice and clean spacious studio rooms with kitchen facility,Fridge etc. Only thing missing is Lift facility.

I went to Hyderabad with my family. My stay was pleasant. I will definitely give a five-star to the stay experience. The rooms are nice and spacious with lots of amenities. Lots of kitchenettes aid the stay. The most important thing is they provide lots of packaged drinking water which I find unique as I never received it elsewhere and the cleanliness that was maintained throughout the stay. The owners are very helpful. I came from Pune in my own car and there was a road blockage due to ongoing construction on the outside road, the owner took responsibility and drove my car out of that blockage on his own to park it in a safer place. I am moved by his humble gesture. Thanks a lot and I would recommend all to stay in Neemtree Apartments once you plan your visit in Hyderabad.

Very well maintained and located in the prime area. The staff are courteous and efficient. Works out better than renting 2 rooms in a hotel. Only disadvantage is, there is no room service. There is a UPS for power backup and Netflix available on tv. The kitchen is well equipped. We found it a bit difficult to locate the apartments as there are no plaques. Outside the building. And also the apartments are in 2nd and 3rd floors. No lift.

I recently had the pleasure of staying with my family at Neem Tree Apartments at Kapadia Lane, near Irrum Manzil Metro Station, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The rooms were beautifully designed, offering a cozy and inviting ambiance that made my stay truly enjoyable. All the amenities provided were top-notch, contributing to a comfortable and convenient stay. If you plan accordingly and buy a few groceries, you can save a lot on restaurant bills as there is a refrigerator, all necessary utensils, etc. to make you feel like you're at home. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better for travelers like myself since the metro station is just a few clicks away, making it easy to explore the city without hassle. However, I would like to mention a couple of considerations that future guests might find helpful. Firstly, there is no lift in the hotel, which might pose a challenge for those traveling with elderly individuals or heavy luggage. This is something to keep in mind when planning your stay. Additionally, during my visit, there was a minor issue with a faucet in the common washroom. While it didn't significantly impact my stay, I believe it's important to mention for the sake of transparency. Despite these minor drawbacks, my overall experience at Neem Tree was positive. The comfort and style of the rooms, along with the excellent amenities and prime location, outweighed the downsides. I would certainly consider staying here again on my next trip to Hyderabad. This one's a home away from home. Firstly, it's exactly as in the pictures, absolutely worth the amount you pay and is maintained extremely well. It's a clean,modern studio apartment with amenities like iron box, cupboards, a kitchen stocked with great quality utensils, fridge etc and coffee, sugar, tea and milk. There's a smart TV, comfortable chairs, dining table and a good wifi connection. The balcony is surrounded by neem and mango trees, having coffee in the mornings here gave our day a pleasant start. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting hyderabad since it's also very well connected,the irrum manzil metro station is a 2 minute walk. No disappointments at all, we loved staying at Neemtree apartments! (Thank you so much Mr Maseeh, you're a wonderful host!)

Room was excellent. It comes with a well furnished kitchen that has bowls, dishes, toaster, milk, tea and sugar. Room service is also upto the mark. All the necessities like iron, fridge, ac and a wifi are present in the room And it is very near to metro station named irrum manzil which makes travelling in Hyderabad easy. It is on a very peaceful location

Beautiful, minimalist and cozy rooms. There is no room service during your whole stay. Located very conveniently to the metro station and nearby restaurants. Walkable distance to Husain Sagar Lake.

Great location, courteous service, clean furnished apartments, what more one could ask in a stay. We loved the stay and support. They also helped us with a great local sightseeing travels. I would recommend this place for both families and business visits.
