Business Labs helped develop a directory of service providers for our Northern Virginia Special Needs community. They made it super user-friendly. After being disappointed in the lack of communication, response time, and results by multiple Developers during the first year of operation for our website, we contacted Business Labs for help in improving two critical search and display features. Yakin and Praveen quickly responded, scheduled a video meeting, followed with a detailed proposal, and went to work. Despite a half-day time difference, they even responded and acted on communications from us after their normal business hours. They listened and had no problem making further revisions to make sure the outcome was not only as requested, but better than we could have hoped. While I can figure plenty of technical things out on my own, I still hit a point where some of the customizations my stakeholders were requesting were possible, but not really within my wheelhouse. Even though my projects we're huge, Yakin and his team took my requests seriously, and had no hesitation about meeting to discuss and ensure that they completely understood my asks. Perhaps my favorite interaction was when I communicated a customization I desired, and the team explained that there might be some unintended ramifications that would go against best practices. They still would've followed through if I had insisted, but they were kind enough to share their experience to make sure I was making an informed choice.
