BrightRidge Broadband

Brightridge set my appointment for internet install at 8-8:15am. Kit arrived right at 8am and politely identified himself and then removed his shoes to step inside of our home! Kit did a great install and had us up, running, and logged into our apps in 45 minutes. Amazing work and I appreciate the respect he showed us and our home. 10/10! This is an example of excellence. BrightRidge is the provider for our power. Our family home is complete with many memories because of having dependable power. We also have BrightRidge Internet, by choice, and have nothing but positive experience with this service. Thanks to BrightRidge our Christmas tree and many holidays are Merry and Bright! (Read All The Way)Let me start by saying the technicians are actually ok but their customer service and service it's self has been trash it has been four days of install and not working correct and wait for it if you want it to work right you have to pay a 4.99 extra charge that is never promoted. But also they only offer a solution one time if that dont work then thats your fault and have to reschedule just to find that one will not work either so that being said stick with spectrum or xfininty if you want to have a reliable service. Honestly you all should probably just stick to being a power company but at this point don't know if they could power a light bulb but rant over do better DimRidge

Well? First of all, it's Brightspeed. Brightridge is out of Johnson City TN. I got Brightspeed and was very pleased until hurricane Helene came through our area and a tree fell tearing down all the lines. It took the power company 2 days to resolve there issue and Spectrum within a few days. No Brightspeed.

Just had it added less than a week ago and reset the modem a zillion times. Works for about 5 minutes and back to reset.

Installation was quick and seamless! The man who installed it was very helpful and explained everything very well. I have had Broadband for almost a year and have not had any issues whatsoever. My bills are always the same and are easily paid with auto pay. I would not change anything!!! Thank you for being the most reliable internet service i've ever had!

I have lived in Johnson City, TN most all of my life, and we have had limited options for internet service in our area for many years. The wait is now over since fiber internet is now available through BrightRidge! I could not be happier with the reliability that fiber internet offers to customers. The speed is outstanding. Since I have been a customer, I have never lost my internet service in over 2 years. I also do not have to constantly restart my router (unplug/wait/plug/repeat) until internet resets itself again like I did before switching to BrightRidge fiber internet. The equipment they deploy to customers is top notch, and if I have ever needed customer service, which is rare now, I am always met with a friendly local BrightRidge employee to meet my customer service needs. Also, there is an app called BrightRidge SmartHome that BrightRidge offers to customers for free which allows them to take control of their internet/WiFi experience inside the home. This is a very valuable app that also adds to my happiness as a customer and peace of mind in my home. Thank you, BrightRidge!
