Gravitas Web Design was handed a minimal brief when designing the new web site for the Royal Sutton Fun Run. The key components were to reflect the 'royal status' of the town, in which the event is held, and provide visitors with 'easy navigation' around the site. This minimal brief allowed Gravitas creative flexibility but there was regular interaction between client and designers throughout the design process. The result was a significant design improvement on the previous web site and in its first year contributed to a 30% increase in online registrations. The revamp of the site earlier this year has inevitably helped increase registrations by a further 16% in 2025. Darren created my website in 2017, where he explained all of the details of building a website in very simple terms for me. He was also full of great creative ideas on layout so it really helped with the original build of the website.
