The technical support is really awesome. I am not used to service providers telling me: "we will get back with you", but the I do West did indeed get back with me multiple times, even without me asking. Thank you to all who helped me, guys based in Cedar City and Saint George, you guys are awesome. I applaud such a conscientious crew and a customer support team who really offers solutions, not just ask questions. Kudos Info West, I am now a loyal customer.

They set up everything so fast and easy ! Professional and polite ! Put everything so nicely as well ! My internet hasn't worked in forever and then I got InfoWest and it's amazing and the wifi is so fast !

I specifically asked about latency and throttling, and was told that this would never be an issue because they ensure towers are never overloaded. Well, first day and the service wasn't working because the tower was overloaded (according to the tech on the phone). So I set my old ISP equipment back up until Infowest could fix the issue, and it turned out the infoWest tech had cut the lines from the other ISP. Based on this, I cannot recommend infoWest and will not be trying them ever again.

Fantastic customer service. Great installation work. The trouble is the bandwidth and speeds. During peak hours, the connection speed would drop into the teens. Connection would become unstable and spotty. Our neighborhood doesn't have fiber, otherwise we'd stick around. Great company to work with!

Very pleased with the guys that came and did our job. They called with an ETA, arrived on time, listened to our requests, did a great and clean install, and went above and beyond! We're looking forward to being on board with Infowest!

A very nice alternative servicing Southern Utah. Customer service was excellent in every department i dealt with. They provided me with all i need. 5 stars. I highly recommend them fir any internet needs.

Once they got the fiber optics run and started connecting us up I was able to get installed and connected quickly and I have not had any problems since fast speed no outages. I love it.
