Inter-Quest

Very happy with the service. Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable, and figured out some the issues I had learning my new computer after everything was transferred from my old computer. He also checked in with me later to see if there was anything else he could help with. Would definitely go back again, and I recommend them for your computer needs. I was also happy to see they were mask-compliant.

My entire experience with Inter-Quest was pleasant. From my first call, to the several calls back and forth due to my schedule changing, to picking up my machines once the work was done - every one of the staff members I had interactions with - Eric, Darla and Dave - were polite and accomodating. And most importantly, they were able to perform exactly what I asked for (getting files off two old computers, plus a tune-up on my business laptop) and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend Inter-Quest and I will be using them again, for both my personal tech needs, as well as for my business.

Staff was very courteous and helpful! Eric listened attentively to my concern and was patient while I tried to find the appropriate identification for my laptop so he could find a match for a new screen ( it suddenly went "dead"! He was able to track one down-yay! I made an appointment and he was able to replace it so now it's like brand new.Thank you Eric and Interquest!!

I have been going to Inter-Quest for many years and I am always impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. The entire staff is exemplary from Darla who coordinates the Technicians and especially my "go to guy" Eric Mathwich! I am glad we have such a fine service available in our community.

I don't know a lot about computers so what I liked the most was that Eric was very patient with me and helped me understand how things worked especially with Windows 10 being all new to me. When I called with questions, he always got back to me and answered them in a way that I could understand things about the computer. I want to thank Inter-Quest and especially Eric for helping me with all my computer problems. Great job Eric!

InterQuest gave fantastic service. I had a list of 13 things to get to in an hour and a bit and was hoping that we'd visit most of them and check off a few. Nat was v very helpful and experienced in everything we needed and got to all the items and checked off every one possible which was more than half. I am so pleased and plan to use you again. I'm from Beaver Dam and living in England so supporting my mom back home can be tricky but you guys all came through as shining stars! Thank you!

InterQuest is by far the best service in Beaver Dam. I used to run a very busy help desk and support organisation in a big company years ago and know how hard it is to find, train, and keep top technical talent. InterQuest does all three exceptionally well. Nat has helped us three times now and some members of my family can be demanding, short tempered, and even mean to anyone touching their things which makes for a very challenging support environment. Nat calmly handled all the personalities involved and gave fantastic helpful training. He is also incredibly technically astute. On his first visit I had a list or 12 things I wanted to get working thinking if we got to half of them in the hour allotted we'd have done well. He accomplished all but one of them and a couple more we found along the way. The one left over needed an office visit and he was glad to do it when I popped over with the Mac. The service and support really couldn't be any better! Great work everyone at InterQuest!
