We dropped AccuLynx and are going for their competitor. The prices and the non stop calling from acculynx are ridiculous. They used to have really good pricing amd now they don't have a real reason to up charge you but they do. Not only better pricing with competitor, but better system and well organized! I can even say there are more features for less.

Holy lord these people start contacting you and never stop. As with any SAAS company, I require a free trial to work with them. And they refused to do it. Guess I'll never know if they're good- but seriously, point of professional improvement- if someone asks 50x to not be contacted do not contact them.

Billing crooks. I cancelled service before my renewal and they failed to cancel because my rep wanted to speak to me. Now they have charged me and are declining the refund. Beware of their shady billing and cancellation tactics. Paid over $600 a month for years and this is how they treat you when you cancel.

Took our business to the next level with organizing our customers and ability to go back in when we had report customers. Always available to answer our questions and enjoying all the new updates. Highly recommended their services.

You guys have been asked at least 20 times to stop calling us. If we decide to use your services then we will call you as told at least 50 times the last few years. Today you have called and hung up on us twice. Which is not ideal for us being that we are slammed and this ties up our lines. We understands sales sure, but we also understand what unsolicited harassing calls can look like and now it is to that point. We still are happy with our system and for the love of God honor that.

Acculynx is such a great CRM, I even left a 5 star review on their App Store reviews! Thanks so much to the Acculynx Team for awesome service and a great product! Big should out to Bob, my company's personal assistant!

Been working with AccuLynx for years. Love the system and all if has to offer. Especially love the new email templates that are easy and quick. Being able to note the account and send messages to several users at once is most helpful. Also I like that the message board has a search box that allows us to find specific notes about certain discussions going on in the account or searching by user that created the note.

I began working with AccuLynx three months ago. It has been easy to learn, as well as, easy to navigate. It has helped tremendously with keeping everything organized, so nothing falls through the cracks as work on multiple projects at one time. Whether it's tracking the phases of each job, or the communication with coworkers and clients, it has been a lifesaver! I definitely recommend it!
