Web Wisconsin has done an excellent job creating our new website and they are so responsive whenever we need updates, support, etc. They provide great training and are there to serve!

Please let me warn you!!! BEWARE!! I hired this company in April of 2023,, the contract works on a annual basis.. They basically are going to run you about $5,000 for that first year,, beginning of March of 2024 they took the annual fee for my credit card not in April when it was supposed to automatically renew. That being said, I had to dispute the charges because I had written them an email through their support team that they think works so fabulously but these people are not personal at all. You can never call them. You can never get on the phone with them. It takes multiple days to get a zoom call with them. Just nothing personal about them at all. We'll leave that at that.. that being said, they took the money from my account without any kind of warning without asking me to sign another year and they took it a month early. I gave them a 32-day notice that I would not be continuing my services with them. Let me explain the issues. He basically told me it would be in my best interest to take over the Google, the Facebook and all the other platforms that the old owner had. Let me just say the old owner of my Cafe had horrible reviews. So me starting my brand new business I walked in with a lot of negatives. Let me add that when I put up an honest review about them they threatened me in a letter with lawyers and fraud and all kinds of stuff. They love to threaten you so just beware of that.. They left all the old photos all the old logos of not just the cafe I bought but the cafe before that. So let me just explain something. You were going to pay them $199 a month to maintain your Facebook but they can't even delete the photos. Secondly, after they threatened me multiple times and I warned people on my Facebook page that they claim they own but I have no way to shut it down unless they transfer ownership,, And then they want to tell you they're going to charge you for it even though you have no control shutting it down.. I started to build my own website and I realized that I am using squarespace and it's literally $336 a year to maintain your own website and when I went on there I discovered that all the clip, art and all the pages for my website were the same and let me remind you I paid over $5,000 to this company.. They are not personal. They forced a logo on me when I told them that I had a logo and refused to change my logo claiming that I didn't send it to him in enough versions when everybody I spoke to said the versions I had were totally fine and these are actual professional web designers that I spoke to.. I get phone calls daily from professional web design groups asking if I want help with my web page because they notice I've done it myself and I tell them I have it and they told me I've been extremely ripped off. I will probably get a threatening letter for posting this review but I'm being 100% honest and I would gladly show anybody proof as I had to show my credit card company when I disputed the charge that I canceled on time and yet he still threatened me with credit card fraud.. I'm not going to be the person that posts a screenshot but I would would gladly show proof of everything to anybody that ever wanted to know it because I'm warning all of you that I'm not the first person to complain about this company. They are a complete rip-off and let me tell you my friends. You can build your own website and not let these greedy companies take advantage of you with the exact same platform you can use for nickels and dimes to the price of what they charged you. He is holding my URL hostage even though Google only charges $99 a year. He was charging me $99 a month and after $1,200 he still wants to hold it hostage even though he can't do anything with it. That's what I'm dealing with.. I was kind enough to explain to my customers on MY Facebook Page that I was dealing with a bad web company didn't even post their name on it but they had such a guilty conscience. They threatened me.. I can't warn you enough what you're dealing with.... I can't warn you enough. They will threaten your livelihood

I was promised a website different from the one they typically make. I trusted Bob as he had built a couple sites for me before, for Restaurants I owned. I was promised one that had the capability to sell greeting cards online, attach gift cards, and ship. I trusted Bob and his and was in the process of referring three different restaurants to him at the time, and I think that's what's most disappointing about all of this. I had spoken so highly about his services and then was proven so wrong. I paid him thousands for the site to be designed, and then paid upfront for the subscription for the site to be managed. I should've known better but I genuinely trusted him. A month or so later, I was told by Bob that it would be better for me to go and outsource the shopping and personalized card design because it would take too long and also because they could not provide the card design service internally, or provide shipping to be built in, or have the ability to attach gift cards. So in other words, they took my money and then couldn't do what they originally promised to do AFTER taking my money. I gave it a shot in the hopes that Bob maybe knew best and it might end up okay but I ended up paying $59 additional dollars per month to outsource this service, and had to manage it myself. (Keep in mind, I had paid thousands for them to do all of this). So, I asked for a refund of the remaining months of the subscription I paid for. Not even for the web design simply the remaining months of the subscription...... and they're refusing to do right as a business... I'm out all of that money.... I trusted Bob to do the right thing and I'm deeply regretting it now. He took on a different type of site than he usually would and promised he could do it, took my money, couldn't do what he promised, and refused to refund any of that money.... I am someone who would've been more than happy to leave a great review for them before, but this is a downright thing evil to do to another person...I'm not rich by any means and really thought I could trust Bob with an investment and now have to deal with a site that's defunct, useless, and can't get my money back for.

We used Web Wisconsin to make a website for our DJ business. They took our ideas and made a website better than we could have imagined! They were easy to work with and were quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

I am very impressed with Web Wisconsin and their business practices. I utilized Web Wisconsin when I needed help with my business. The account manager showed me many options in which they could help me and get my business known more than just locally and once I decided what suited my business best they went to work for me. My business is now thriving more than ever and I'm thankful that I discovered Web Wisconsin. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants to either grow their business or their clientele.

Watch out with Web Wisconsin. All about calling and getting you to renew to bigger and better, when you ask your renewal date, they have no idea. I sold my business a year ago, giving the new owner all the contact information about Web Wisconsin. The page was redirected to the new store name, but Web Wisconsin withdrew the renewal fee right out of my checking account. Nine months later and they still are unwilling to refund my money. They leave me no choice but to file a suit against them. No calls returned, no emails answered. No way to run a business!
