RUN AWAY! DONT SIGN UP! We used the service for a couple of years with minimal issues. The problem comes when you try and cancel. I have emailed them 10+ times, called in multiple times and they refuse to cancel the account. I reply to emails and they want you to do something else, I call in and they want you to do another thing, I give them the invoice numbers and address they are sending me and they want to do something else to verify. I let it go that we cancelled over a year ago and they refused to cancel it then (ripped us off for a year of service we didn't use). Do NOT give them your credit card as you will never be able to get them to stop billing it. RUN AWAY!
