Celebrations on the River

We attended the Mother's Day brunch at Celebrations this year, and it was so wonderful! They had many options for food, including a salad bar, breakfast and lunch buffet, omelet station, taco bar and dessert tower. The mimosa wall when you walked in was a fun detail. The entire place was beautifully decorated and tables were spaced nicely so nothing was crowded. The staff was so friendly and it was great they came and cleared dishes from your table often. It was a beautiful day, and so along with all the photo opportunities inside-including a photobooth!- we went outside and took pictures in the beautiful area out back. We usually pick a different place every year for Mother's Day brunch, but this may need a revisit next year!

We had such a fun time celebrating our wedding on 11.02.24 at Celebrations! The venue (Center Court) was beautiful inside and outside! The vibe we were going for was classy and elegant and this venue was all the things we had hoped for! We really lucked out with the weather and the whole day was amazing. The location on the water is perfect for those looking to have the ceremony and reception all in the same place! Our guests also really loved the food and we heard lots of compliments about the late night pizza bar!

I highly recommend Celebrations for a wedding venue! We had an AMAZING experience having our wedding here. The entire wedding planning process was easier than anticipated with finding our photographer, DJ, hair & makeup, and shuttle through their preferred vendors. Our wedding coordinator, Kayla, was nothing short of fantastic. Her communication was impeccable, from setting up our planning meetings to her responsiveness to various questions and even last minute changes. On our special day, she continued to check in throughout the entire day to see if there was anything we needed. Our guests continued to RAVE about how gorgeous the venue was and how convenient it was to have the ceremony and reception at the same place. The food was delicious! I could not have asked for a better wedding day and I would HIGHLY recommend Celebrations for your wedding!

We had a great time at the Mother's Day brunch May 11, 2025. The venue was spacious and beautifully decorated, the Momosa wall was beautiful and and a great welcome upon walk in. The variety of delicious foods made it easy to please my whole family. The dessert bar, especially the chocolate mousse was out of this world. I also really enjoyed that there was a little taco bar too, because what Mom doesn't love tacos, the staff were friendly and accommodating!

We booked tickets for the 10 o'clock Mother's Day Brunch, it was $84 for my wife, my 2 kids and I. We pulled in the lot at about 9:55 and there was a line of 100 or so people waiting outside the door. We knew this likely wasn't going to go well. Once the line moved up to the entrance, there were free mimosas, which were gone by the time we got to them, my wife was upset. We got seated at our table and headed up to the buffet. One of the draws that led us to choose Celebrations on the River, was the omelette bar. Well, those dreams were quickly dashed as there was 1 omelette chef for, what had to be at this point, 200 people? Well we waited in the line about 20 minutes but it didn't really move much and we were hungry so we moved over to the regular buffet line. The disappointment was just getting started. We got to the food, the French toast sticks were hard as a rock, they were something you'd get out of a box in the frozen aisle at Sam's Club and heat in the microwave. Then, they were out of syrup. Moved up to the eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes, just so bland and pathetic. I've never been to prison, but this is how I imagine prison food tastes. Not normal everyday prison food, just like on special occasions like, say, Mother's Day or something. I can't believe I wasted a good appetite on that hot garbage, I want to throw it all up and start over. After we choked down what we could, went up for some of the desserts we saw, they were mostly all gone. Maybe this place is a good wedding venue and they've got that process down, if so, they should stick to that because they cannot do Mother's Day buffets. It was an unmitigated disaster. It seems like they just oversold it and didn't think through the logistics of it all. Absolute nightmare experience, and waste of $84.

Cannot say enough great things about this venue, Kayla, Adam, or the staff in general. Kayla, our coordinator, made the day and the lead up to it, an absolute breeze. Bar staff and closing coordinator were amazing. There was not a single detail they missed, down to Kayla even wearing our wedding colors on the day of. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Wow!! We are so happy to have booked with Celebrations on the River! They made the whole process stress free which was super important to us. Their wedding packages make planning super easy. Kayla and the whole Celebrations team were fantastic to work with, they were knowledgeable, and super responsive. They do so many weddings, so they know how to do it right! The day of our wedding was one of the most amazing days I have had. Everything turned out perfect and they made our vision come to life. Can't say enough about the food!! Holy smokes, I wanted to eat so many plates it was delicious. It rained just before the ceremony and all staff (including our DJ) made sure seats and walkways were dry just in time for our beautiful ceremony. The indoor and outdoor areas give guests plenty of space to do their own thing and enjoy the beautiful scenery. I couldn't be any happier and you will too if you choose to go with Celebrations for your big day!

Celebrations on the River was the perfect place to host our wedding. Ann and her team are absolutely amazing; they were so organized and on top of everything; a couple times my husband and I needed water and without even asking the staff would bring it to us making sure we stayed hydrated. I can't thank Ann enough for making our day run so smoothly and beautifully; her and her staff truly care about their couples and strive to make the day perfect. The venue was decorated beautifully and was exactly what my husband and I envisioned. Celebrations also makes it really easy to find hairstylist/ DJ's and photographers for your special day by having recommended vendors on their website. If you are wanting a stress free/ relaxing wedding I highly recommend Celebrations!
