Lightburn

I ordered 59 ornaments. They were just as expected, beautiful! They arrived very promptly. One of them had a piece broken. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement, immediately!

If you're a big company they may spend time on your project, but if you're small STAY AWAY. A 2-3 month project dragged on for 8 months with basic features not being implemented. Our company was more or less "ghosted" as they took weeks to respond to basic emails. Every time they added in a feature something else on THEIR stock template broke. Instead of fixing these problems that we pointed out we were dropped as a client and told to find someone else to fix them. More or less a "thats not our problem". Long story short: Promised a list of features, took nearly three times as long to complete, lots of problems still left at the end which we now have to find someone else to fix.

Horrible Communication I called to get an idea on finishing some tasks for a website I needed finished reasonably soon and was told I would be contacted in 1-2 days. Six days later and I have heard nothing, plus I called multiple times and left multiple voicemails-emails. Don't waste your time. Communication is the key to a service relationship and it appears that they do not value their potential clients.

I have now worked with the Lightburn team on three to four separate projects over the last 7 years. I have always found them to be sincere, honest, and supportive of my digital marketing and web development projects. I recommend them often to my peers in marketing and sales.
