Spectrum Store

I refuse to use the Onalaska WI store. The system they use to "let" customers do business is RUDE as are the people that work there. I want a new phone but not bad enough to deal with This bunch!

These guys sent internet equipment to me, that I had not asked for? So, I was on a robo call for 30 minutes before I talked to a live person in Texas? I called the Wisconsin store. A week later I drove stuff back to the store and I was told I could not park in front of the store? Oh well. I am not too impressed.

I wish I had encountered more courteous individuals. When I sought assistance today, I was informed that the staff are salespeople focused on selling products rather than providing customer service. This comment surprised me and reveals a lot about their approach to customer relations.

Luis, Kyle, are great behind the counter and helping the customers. They just saved me 90 dollars a month. Thanks guys.

I was in the store today waited in line long. But I understand I work in retail and customer service. Jackie helped my boyfriend and I she was so helpful in every way. Helped us until close she was so nice and kind and helped us answer questions. Definitely recommend this place. My boyfriend walked out with a cheaper payment than other places. Thank you Jackie for the help!

The customer service here is terrible! I've been waiting almost an hour (#5 when I signed in and still on #1) to pick up equipment. Two employees and supposedly a "manager" in the back. They said she cant take transactions.. Why is there even a manger there? Three customers in front of me walked out. We are all paying serious money to these people and all we want is some service. Matter of fact, I'm here to pick up equipment so I can pay you more!!!!!

Every time I go in it's at least a half hour or 45 minute wait. Today I waited forever to cancel my phone services as I went in last month to cancel all my services, and they didn't even do that right. After all that wait, they told me they couldn't cancel my cell phone service there I had to call. I had called on the phone and I was disconnected twice, so I went to the store. They need to shut that place down. Everyone is incompetent and lazy. So disappointed in their services and unorganized methods.

Your employee Ryan was extremely uncooperative and extremely rude to me and my children, is this how you train your employees at spectrum, because if so I'm thinking of switching internet plans to a different company.
