This place is great! Rooms are always clean. The food is good. Service is great. And the staff is incredible! I am a pumping mama, and the staff was kind enough to let me use their employee fridge to store my milk while in my meeting after I checked out! Would 100% stay here again!

I had a wonderful experience at Stoney Creek Hotel in La Crosse, Wisconsin! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly with a smile (they definitely felt incredibly and genuinely glad to see me!). Their staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Their kindness and attentiveness made the stay super memorable. The atmosphere was peaceful and restful--exactly what I needed. (I was there on business and needed a quiet place to reflect and recharge between presentations). The decor made me feel like I was on the North Shore of Minnesota, which happens to be my "happy place," which made the experience even more endearing. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. I absolutely loved my stay. My only disappointment was that my husband wasn't able to enjoy it with me, so I am looking forward to coming back here with him for a weekend getaway! Highly recommend!

We absolutely LOVE working with Stoney Creek as our monthly meeting and event venue for Small Business Sister Circle! The staff is always welcoming and great to communicate with, every detail is thought through and carried out effortlessly, and the variety of spaces and rooms is unmatched! Our members are always commenting on how incredible it is for us to hold our events and meetings there. Highly recommend Stoney Creek as a venue for any event!

This was our second time staying at this Stoney Creek hotel. Again staff was great and very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed going down to the Lumberjack Bar for a night cap. In the morning the continental breakfast was a great way to start the day. Thank you!!!

I honestly was very apprehensive about staying here, especially after reading ALL the reviews... but was happy they got rid of the issue, or I'm assuming they did!? The room was huge and really nice, it really could use an update in the furniture department as far as the couch and other seating goes though, they are very, very used and just felt dirty. We did enjoy the jet tub in the room, much needed after a long night of concert going!!

I've been staying here twice a month for about a year for work. The rooms are almost always cleaned perfectly, the breakfast is on point, and the service is friendly and personable. The only real complaint is the constant amount of servicing that needs done for the pool & hot tub - they seem to be down about 30% of the time I'm here, but the pool stretches to outside of the building so I'm assuming heating is a pain.

I just met with Sales Coordinator Megan Schams & Events Coordinator JC Ison as I am giving a presentation at the State AAUW Convention on Saturday. I wanted to make sure my computer & Power Point were functioning properly. Talk about excellent customer service! Megan & JC could not have been more helpful. Stoney Creek is fortunate to have them as employees.
