I have used Link Computing Solutions for all my computer needs for 10 years. I recently bought a new laptop and once again their great customer service, help in answering my questions and remote help with setting up my printer and scanner was first rate. Kavon couldn't have been more helpful and I had every confidence that he was dealing me with me honestly and courteously. They also were up front with me regarding cost and charges. I highly recommend this business.

I had the same experience as John had posted about not being aware that there would be additional charges for setting up my one home printer. I had asked about this when I purchased the computer from them. Their customer service is really not too good. I feel that before they logged into my computer to work remote to set my printer up, that is when they should have told me I was going to be charged for it, NOT just send a bill about a month later. When I received the bill for $105.00 I called to dispute, after some discussion I was told they would get rid of the bill but next time don't call them, call the Geek Squad! How awful, someone really needs some training in how to handle customers. I'm disappointed as this was my second computer I had purchased, now I'll need to find another company. Anyone out there have a recommendation for me? Thanks

Bought a new laptop from Link and informed them I would need help setting up with wifi printers. Everything was fine, they helped with doing that and then changed me an additional 105.00 for there help. There was no mention of this additional charge when I made the purchase or when I called back so they could help me set up. Apparently made the mistake that buying this came with customer service. Not pleased. Thought by buying local and not big box store would make a difference. I am disappointed because I informed them I would need help from the start. Additional charges were never discussed, Kavon was very helpful. But don't lie about additional charges that were discussed. It's ashame that Jake left at least he was helpful.

Called, and was able to get a very good price on an item. Also had nice prices for cables. Wasn't a huge fan of the phone tree but I'm not gonna downgrade them for it. Overall, nice people, nice prices

They fired me for not taking the COV-19 vaccine. Terrible people.

I made an appointment at both 'Best Buy Geek squad' and 'You Break...' they both wanted to charge me something outrageous just to send my computer out to have it looked at with no guarantee it would be fixed and it would take minimum time of 1 month!?...someone at work recommended Link, so I took it to them and had it fixed for less than half the cost of the other two and I had it back in 3 days!! Never again will I be going anywhere else but here for any of my computers needs, I am forever grateful!
