The Reserve Student Apartments at Stevens Point

I have lived here for 2 years now and my overall time spent at this building has been great. The management of this building could not be any better. Each staff member (Hailey, Julia, Meg, and Jamin) are very welcoming and go above and beyond for their residents. If you ever have any questions they are more than happy to take the time to communicate with you. The only problem I have with the building is how the facilities are kept. Things break more often than I would like in my unit and the outside of the building does not look the best due to people not picking up after themselves or their pets. Besides that though this is a great place to live in!

Staff are super friendly and fun to be around. Well maintained place and in a great area. Would recommend.

The Reserve in my opinion is an awesome place to be. As an athlete at UWSP, the reserve provides very convenient travel to campus and back and is close to basically everything. Anyone looking for a nice, comfortable and clean place to live, then the reserve is just the spot for you!

I've lived at the Reserves for 3 years now and have seen it through all of its ups and downs. Our current manager, Hailey, has improved this place ten fold by adding new yard games like tether ball, badminton and more. They have maintenance on site so things get fixed super quickly, not to mention the cleanliness of community areas is better than ever! There are always events going on and it's just a really lively place now a days :) Rent has also lowered since moving in so that's a huge plus! Absolutely outstanding

I like this apartment because it is always clean and tidy. The residents always open or hold a door for you and help you out when you need it. The CAs are there timely if you have a maintenance or residential issue. It's a good spot to be living in.

I love everything about this place! The staff and residents are amazing and the building is so clean and modern. I have so much fun at all of the resident events they hold, like cook-outs and axe throwing, etc., and I especially like the on-site work-out room.

TL;DR: Not worth half of the price they charge. This place is a nightmare for students and the people working in it. Completely overpriced for the value of the place. You can get a similar experience literally 3 blocks away for almost a quarter of the price. Windows don't get fixed, doors are left broken for months, they back charge you on electric for the months that you haven't even lived there. The beds are terrible and the furniture is cheap and fragile. That is if you get any furniture at all. Students have been moved into rooms without couches and chairs and TVs even AFTER making an entire list of things that needed to be ordered. Management is completely inept. Leases are sent out wrong multiple times and charges for pets when none is present are applied om student accounts.

Way overpriced. 700 dollars per person to basically live in a closet with a shared living room by four people. Can get a two or three bedroom apartment elsewhere for a fourth of the price of a 4 bedroom here. Most studio apartments are less than a room here per person. Not to mention the staff dont do anything about loud residents on finals week who throw party's almost every night. Also the doors are always broken which is a huge security hazard. They have been broken for like 2 months. Anything that goes wrong here takes forever to fix. Save yourselves and find a better place literally anywhere but here.
