Working with Nathan at Herkimer Media has been amazing. As a brand new bookstore trying to open -when all the world was closing down- Herkimer gave us a chance to open online with our web site. I am exceptionally pleased with the speed and accuracy of our website. The Herkimer crew is fantastic and had our site built quickly and were more than willing to work with the challenges presented by our buying cycle and our digital environment. We have used Timber for a few years now and we love the ease of use. The company continually upgrades and adds new features. Although issues are very minimal their tech-support is also second to none. They are always there for us, and have even responded from home on a weekend. They are amazing folks with a great product.
