We had placed an order from Mary Jane in 2019, expecting our items that year. We never received the items. After several calls and messages to Mary Jane, she told us she would refund our money, as she had experienced personal and professional difficulties. It has now been over a year since our last discussion. No money refunded, no return calls or messages. I would strongly recommend you choose a more responsive organization for your marketing needs. FOLLOW UP: 2 weeks later with no reply to this post, no communication regarding my issue. MORE: Several more weeks have passed, still no reply to this post, no e-mails or calls attempting to clear up this issue. I would strongly recommend you find a more reputable organization to do business with. May-2023: Still no response from this pathetic excuse for a marketing group. It seems very obvious they don't have any respect for their customers. Shame on you Mary Jane!

WurkHub gets 1 star because you can't give any less. Owner is a fraud. She took our money, provided no work, and now won't answer calls, return emails or voice mails. Very disappointed that I let her take advantage of our company. Honestly, who bills someone for service that they never intend to provide? She over promised and didn't deliver any results. Do your company a favor and find a professional, ethical company to handle your marketing needs because WurkHub won't deliver. Unfortunately, the only way to get their attention is to write a review. I'll be interested to see if she responds to this and what kind of excuse she'll make for collecting payment and not providing service. I get that people make mistakes, and over commit for projects that they aren't prepared to deliver. But to ignore repeated phone calls and email requests to refund the money is down right criminal. Edited review after owner response... I'll stick with my original review. The alleged reasons for why the work was never done don't hold up. How would someone "allegedly" not paying her affect the work we paid her to do. Also, if that was the case, why not just return one of the numerous emails or phone calls to me to discuss her financial issue. I'm sure some arrangement could have been made between our 2 companies. Unfortunately, because you wouldn't answer your phone, I was forced to take you to court. We were awarded a judgement against you for more than the "refunded" amount. So technically your debt was not paid in full. I should also mention that your "refunded" check bounced the first time I tried to cash it, costing my company more fees for your insufficient funds. So your proud to say that you refunded the money even though the work was started but not completed? I'll stick with my initial assessment. Not to defame you, but to let others know my experience in the hopes that they research marketing companies carefully before they pay for services that won't be provided.

STAY AWAY!!! If I could leave a rating lower than 1, I would. Working with Mary Jane and WurkHub has been the worst business decision we've made in our 24 year. Quoted us $5500 for our website, took OVER 2 YEARS to develop it, and then requested an additional $6500 when it was completed. She is a terrible business owner, and would not recommend anyone work with her. OWNER IS A FRAUD

Mary Jane's Wurkhub does a fantastic job branding businesses by increasing their social media presence and making sure they get articles and press releases in the local newspapers. Her company also provides a great service with updating websites to make sure they are mobile and user friendly.

I've worked with Mary Jane for a number of years, and cannot recommend her more highly. With her team of pros, she can handle business digital marketing needs from A to Z, and gives big business service and attention to small businesses.
