Great service for our needs. We are rural Marathon county residents and customers for 11+ years. Excellent service and price for streaming, gaming and daily use. Very little lag, rarely effected by storms or outages in the area.

My dad lives out in the country and his internet service with Network Professionals is really good, probably better than my cable internet. He's never had any problems and he's used them for a number of years. Additionally, their customer service is great - a real person who can help with my questions answers the phone without going through a myriad of prompts.

Network Professionals are experts in IT related works. Specifically, Bryan who is a genius, although he is very technical he understand and can communicate in a lay man term. They are very robust in offering compliance, and cybersecurity for small or medium scale businesses.

I am the owner of a busy small business and have to make sure our computers and workstations are working flawlessly as we handle sensitive patient information. We had a problem with our network communicating with our workstations and were unable to access our patient files. Damien and Julie (The owners) were quick to get us the help we needed and were very pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process. Brian (our assigned tech) got us up and running again within about 10 minutes and then made sure my staff and I knew what the problem was and showed us how to fix it if it ever happens again in the future. Not only that, but he helped fix a few minor issues were were having and also helped us streamline a few other items, which will save me tons of time going forward. I would highly recommend NetPros for any networking issues as well as internet service. They are helpful to your needs and they work fast!

Had wireless internet service provider with air runner networks , having issues with them. " BitTorrent" we have not know why , only watch Netflix and you tube. I decide switched to airnet.= Network professional. Everything flawlessly ever since, we enjoying watch Netflix and ninento smach brother online with my son, as well my construction business needs. Way go airnet. Network service provider, Excellent wireless internet service provider.....

Used their airnet internet service for 3 years. It was a good product at a good price and they had excellent support staff.
