Webko of Wausau

I have worked with Webko for over 20 years and am affiliated with high school that I do all of my ordering for. I never had any problems in the past. Over the past year customer service has gone down the drain with all of the turnover. They messed up my last three orders. Communication is terrible. Needless to say I will be going somewhere else in the future. Wanted to try and stay local, oh well. Sad to see this business go downhill.

I have heard really nice things about this rental company, so when my family and I wanted to rent a boat for a nice day on the lake. We gave them a call. Their boat was very nice and exactly what we needed for our lake day. 10/10 would use them again. We love the Webko family!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never hand any issues with Webko. All items ordered for uniforms and Union Apparel are also completed in a timely manner. If there are any issues they correct it with no uestions asked. Very professional and able to answer all questions when needed. Compared to other embroidery companies we've dealt with, Webko is by far the best.

Pleased with our product but poor customer service. We gave them the benefit of the doubt of maybe having a bad day, except that it happened every time we communicated regarding our project. One example during pick up, we wanted to double check our product and sizes before leaving. The response was "we don't usually let people do that.....".

Probably good quality, but crazy expensive. They charged more if you brought in your own shirts for them to print on, what sense does that make? We took our business elsewhere.

Getting an order done was nothing but a constant stream of headaches and things they couldn't deliver on. In the end I decided to take our business elsewhere, and I strongly suggest everyone else does the same.

Greats scrubs. I buy all of my uniforms here. They also give you a punch card that will give you 10 bucks off, when filled.

Not impressed. No one greeted me as I walked in or left, no one even acknowledged my presence in the store. Scrub selection was horrible. Most definitely will not be back.
